Rich appearance styles

Control's appearance, HoneyBar's appearance, HoneyBar's shadow.

Appearance property can specify a ComboPro control appearance to a special effect, 3D or Flat; Honey bar appearance have five styles, Normal, Bump, Etched, Raised and Sunken; ShadowEnabled property can toggle a control honey bar shadow visible or not.
