There is a true color ball which can drag and drop by mouse in a dialog box. The sample of Color Picker ActiveX Control demonstrated usage of the control.

These control have various styles in appearance and features. If you are a user, You can change the ball block diffuse, ambient, background start, background end and other visual element color by color picker control; If you are a programmer, you can customize the control as your request.
